Unlike many ABA therapy agencies that may take months for a child to receive treatment, we have no waitlists and have developed an extremely efficient intake process to ensure your child gets the care they need as soon as possible.

Sit back and relax while we work with your insurance company to check your eligibility and benefits. Once confirmed, we’ll work with you to schedule your child’s initial assessment.
**We accept all commercial insurances.**
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. If you have another insurance carrier, we will work with them to get a single case agreement or use your out-of-network benefits.
Your child will come in to do an in-depth ABA assessment at our center with our Clinical Director. This comprehensive assessment will take 2-3 days and during this time we will get to know your child and understand all of his or her behavioral challenges very well.
Based on the results of the ABA assessment, our Clinical Director will prepare an individualized treatment plan for your child and go over it with you in detail. She will work with you to make sure all of your child’s challenges are addressed and all of his or her goals are included. Based on fit, she will carefully select a treatment team for your child which includes a BCBA supervisor and your child’s one-on-one behavior therapists.
Our clients usually begin treatment with us within 1-2 weeks of their assessment. We will help you set up a regular treatment schedule for your child based on the amount of hours your child needs as well as your family’s availability. Additionally, your child’s BCBA supervisor will work with you to schedule weekly meetings together to go over your child’s progress and provide any additional support you may need.
